NHS Prescription Service
Welcome to a new age of online Dispensing. We hope soon to be able to offer you electronic transmission of prescriptions. Direct from your GP to our Pharmacy, then sent to you without the need for paper prescriptions. In the meantime if you have a prescription from a practitioner registered in the UK and would like us to dispense for you, please follow the instructions below.
We can dispense your prescriptions and deliver them *free of delivery charges to your home or workplace, within a few days of receipt.

These prescriptions look like the one the right with the NHS logo appearing on the bottom left hand side of the form.
a) If you pay the NHS prescription Tax you should fill out the back of the form and place the amount you are paying in the box provided. You can pay by Credit Card, or by Cheque (made payable to Dispense4me Ltd.) or by Postal Order. If you are exempt from payment please send a photocopy of proof of your entitlement .
b) If this is your first time using this service, we require you to fill in a patient registration form. This will help our pharmacists in dispensing your prescription. All information entered is confidential and not passed on to any one else (see our terms and conditions). Please also fill in the form if you have used our service before but your details have changed since last time.
c) Send your prescription with the completed registration Form to us at;
