Unfortunately we cannot accept emailed VAT exemption forms since
HM Customs require an actual signature from you.
We can hold your order until we receive your completed form through
the post and then charge your credit card the cost less VAT,or we can
despatch the order now and refund your card the 17.5% when we receive
the completed form.
It is best to let us know at the time of ordering which way you wish to proceed.
