Description

Directions
- Adults and children under 12 - before use, wash or rinse the affected area, leave area moist as moisture is needed for the patch to adhere and start working
- Tear off an individula blister and open the foil, make sure that your finger tips are clean and dry and take out the patch, the side of the patch towards the thin foil of the blister is slightly curved
- To assist with the adherence of the patch to cold sore, ensure that you dip the patch in water for 2 to 6 seconds before applying
- Apply the slightly curved, hollow side of the patch to the cold sore and as required re-moisten the patch with water or saliva to help the patch stay in place
- The patch will partially or completely dissolve over hours, if necessary, gently wet area to remove any remaining parts of the patch
- Use twice a day or more if necessary
- You can use the patch at any stage of the outbreak, however we suggest that you apply a patch at the first sign of any outbreak
- Children between 4 - 12 yrs - should only use with adult supervision
- Children under 4 - not to be used
Caution
- For external use only
- Do not use inside your mouth, on mucus membranes or for treatment of genital herpes
- If you want to peel of the patch for any reason after application, gentlt wet the patch otherwise you could tear open the cold sore
- If symptoms persist after 12 days consult your doctor or pharamcist
- Keep out of the reach and sight of children
- If blisters have been damaged or pierced they should not be used
- In the case that pain and/or serious irritations occur while wearing a patch, it is advised to wash off the patch
