Coping Successfully with Varicose Veins
Description
Varicose veins, a common source of discomfort and embarrassment, are also linked with mor serious circulation disorders, such as blood clots. But they can be treated - often with great success - by self-help measures, including exercise, diet and elevation of the legs. Coping Successfully with Varicose Veins looks at the best ways to approach this uncomfortable problem.
In this holistic guide, Christine Craggs-Hinton shows that there is plenty both you and your doctor can do to lessen the discomfort and improve the appearance of these unsightly veins.
