Description

• Nytol Herbal tablets are a blend of herbs to soothe and so aid restful sleep
• The active ingredients are hops, valerian and passion flower, which are natural ingredients that cause sleepiness or drowsiness
• Temporary difficulties in getting a good nights sleep can be caused by various problems such as stress, or jet lag, or personal problems such as bereavement

Active Ingredients

• Extract of Hops equivalent to 200 mg
• Extract of Valerian equivalent to 160mg
• Extract of passion Flower equivalent to 130mg

Directions

• Adults and children over 12 - Swallow 2 tablets with water 1 hour before you go to bed
• Do not take more than the recommended dose
• Children under 12 - Not to be taken

Caution

• Do not take extra tablets if you wake up in the night
• Do not exceed the stated dose
• Consult your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen
• Avoid alcohol whilst taking this medicine
• May cause drowsiness which can persist into the following day, if affected do not drive or operate machinery     

Do not take this medicine if: 

• You are taking antidepressant medicines 
• You are taking propranolol 

Seek medical advice before use if:   

• You are pregnant or breast feeding
