Directions

• Seperate insoles
• Insert into shoe foam side down, with the widest part at the ball of the foot
• Check fit and if necessary trim to size
• Peel off self-adhesive strip from enclosed sheet. Place strip on foam side of insole and then remove tape backing. Press insole firmly inside shoe
• Repeat for other insole
