Description

Tixylix night cough helps relieve the symptoms of coughs and colds in children and is especially useful for irritating dry tickly coughs

Strawberry flavoured

Active Ingredients

Each 5ml contains

Promethazine Hydrochloride 1.5mg
Pholcodine 1.5mg

Directions

Children six to ten - One to two 5ml spoonfuls to be given 6 hourly by mouth as required
Children under 6 - do not use
Now only for ages 6 years and above
The MHRA have advised that this product will not be removed from shelves and so will continue to be used in children six to ten whilst the instructions on the packaging are being updated
If you are unsure about what to do following the recent change in advice, please ask your pharmacist or healthcare professional for up to date advice on treating your child's cough and cold symptoms
Please do not be concerned if you have given Tixylix Night Cough recently to a child under six

Do not exceed the stated dose
May cause drowsiness, if affected do not drive or operate machinery and avoid alcoholic drink
