Description

  • Would you say that you are a 'born worrier'?
  • Do you ever feel worried without knowing why?
  • Do you ever wish you felt more relaxed?

Worry is a natural warning system. Its your brain's way of reminding you that something is wrong and needs to be dealt with. But sometimes things get out of hand, and worrying starts to spoil your enjoyment of life. It can keep you awake at night, and damage your health.

Frank Tallis explains how you can actually make worry work for you, and help you avoid stress and anxiety, if you know how to control it. You can learn to understand your fears, and face the possibilities of life calmly.

  2. Preparing to solve your problems
  3. How to solve your problems: The problem-solving package
