  • Fast dissoving oral films to relieve cravings
  • For those who smoke 30+ minutes after waking
  • For oral use, Niquitin strips relieves cravings and nicotine withdrawal sympoms


  • Dissolve 1 oral film in your mouth (approximately 3 minutes). Do not eat or drinkwhile an oral film is in the mouth. Do not chew the film or swallow it whole. Do not use more than 15 oral films in one day
  • Stopping smoking straightaway (adults and children 12 years and over): use Niquitin strips when you have the urge to smoke. Start by using at least 9 oral films (maximum 15) a day for up to 6 weeks, then gradually phase out their use. Stop using Niquitin Strips when you are using 1 or 2 a day
  • Cutting down, perhaps before stopping compeletely (adults 18 years or over): use Niquitin Strips instead of cigarettes by as many as possible. Quit as soon as you feel able, then follow the istructions above for stopping smoking straightaway
  • Stopping smoking for short periods of time (adults 18 years and over): use Niquitin Strips instead of a cigarette when you have an urge to smoke. Use Niquitin strips every 1-2 hours


Do not use:

  • If you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed on the side panel
  • If you are a non-smoker or under the age of 12 years

Consult a your doctor or pharmacist:

  • If you have or recently had heart problems
  • If you have serious liver or kidney disease, uncontrolled overactive thyroid gland or phaeochromocytoma, stomach ulcers or other problems with your stomach or throat
  • Before use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding
